Eligibility
Only users who have established an approved community within the Platform may create events on behalf of that community. The individual creating the event (“Organizer”) must be at least 18 years of age and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Purpose and Content
Events must serve lawful, ethical, and constructive purposes related to sports, healthy living, or community benefit. Content or activities that involve hate speech, discrimination, unlawful conduct, or threats to participant safety are strictly prohibited.
Organizer Responsibilities
The Organizer shall be fully responsible for:
- Planning and execution of the event,
- Ensuring the safety of all participants,
- Compliance of the event content with Platform rules.
Compliance with Platform Rules
All events are subject to the Platform’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines. In case of violation, the Platform reserves the right to cancel the event without prior notice.
Use of Intellectual Property
The unauthorized use of third-party logos, trademarks, images, music, or any other intellectual property is prohibited. The Platform reserves the right to remove infringing materials.
Cancellation and Intervention
The Platform retains the sole discretion to suspend, postpone, or permanently remove any event that violates these conditions, endangers user safety, or negatively affects the reputation of the Platform.
