Eligibility
Any registered user of the Platform may apply to create a community, provided that they are at least 18 years of age and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Purpose and Content
Communities must be established for lawful, ethical, and constructive purposes only. Content that promotes hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
Ownership and Responsibility
The individual who creates a community shall be deemed its “Owner” and is responsible for moderating content, ensuring compliance with these conditions, and protecting the rights of other members.
Compliance with Platform Rules
All communities are subject to the general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of the Platform. Any breach may result in suspension or termination of the community without prior notice.
Use of Intellectual Property
Communities may not use third-party intellectual property (such as logos, images, or trademarks) without proper authorization. The Platform reserves the right to remove infringing material.
Termination
The Platform retains the discretion to suspend, restrict, or permanently remove any community that violates these conditions, threatens user safety, or harms the reputation of the Platform.
