Fitwell requires some personal information (name, age, dietary preferences, interests, height, weight, e-mail, etc.) to better serve its customers. This information gathered on Fitwell servers and computers is used only in Fitwell for periodic campaign studies, custom promotion activities for customer profiles, and customer “classification” studies for unwanted transmissions.

Fitwell does not use, sell for any commercial reason whatsoever, for any reason other than business, and never sells the information it collects from membership forms to third parties.

Fitwell analyzes and interprets the visitor’s movements and preferences, which he or she sees during the use of the application, in addition to the personal information he / she requests in their e-mail addresses and membership forms. This statistical data, which does not contain personal information, can be shared with Fitwell business partners to give Fitwell customers a more personalized experience.

Customer information may only be disclosed to the authorities if such information is requested by official authorities and if it is necessary to make an announcement to the public authorities in accordance with the provisions of the applicable statutory legislation.

All information entered by the customer into the system can only be changed by the request of the Customer.
