As a general rule, we do not offer refunds for payments that have already been made. Refunds will be considered in exceptional circumstances, and at our discretion; please contact us in this instance.
You may cancel your Account at any time by emailing us. Upon termination, Rooners will cease providing you with the Services and you will no longer be able to access your Account. If you had an active Challenge, this will be cancelled and deleted. Any outstanding balance owed to Rooners for your use of the Services will become due and payable in full, and unless otherwise agreed, you will not be entitled to any refund of any balance paid in advance.
