Stream Creators Terms
BY OPENING A STREAM CHANNEL WITHIN THE ROONERS MOBILE APP, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Entrance:
For creators, these Terms of Use are those that apply if you use Rooners Stream as a Creator. For creators, the Terms of Use form part of the User Agreement with Rooners. It is not considered completely separately.
What are the fees we charge Creators for the use of Rooners Stream?
We charge a fee of twenty percent (20%) of the entire subscription fee made to you (referred to as our Fee.)
The remaining eighty percent (80%) of the Subscription Payment may be paid to you (called “Manufacturer Earnings”).
Our fee includes the costs of Rooners Stream, hosting, maintaining and operating, and storing your Content. Our fee is deducted from Subscription payments and Producer Earnings will be paid to you as described in the Payments to Creators section below.
If you are/are trying to be a Content Producer by opening a Stream Channel in Rooners;
When creating a Stream Channel, you must specify Channel photo, channel description, channel category. You must also choose your monthly subscription fee from the options Rooners offers you.
To add a bank account or payment details of your bank account or a payment method, you must fill in the information in the Panel field.
The accuracy of bank information is your responsibility.
Depending on your country of residence, you may also need to submit additional information.
You will then be able to start adding Content and submit your Stream Channel for approval after adding at least one (1) piece of content. If you are missing in the steps up to this point, your application to open a Stream Channel will be rejected.
We may ask you for additional age or authentication information at any time. We may reject your application to create a Creator account for any reason.
If you lose access to your account, you can reset your password, but to do this you will need to know the email address used to set up the account. If you do not remember the email address you used to create the account, we may ask you to provide identification documents and photographs and any additional evidence we may reasonably request to prove your identity.
Personal legal responsibility of Creators: Only individuals can be Creators. Each Creator is individually subject to their Terms of Service. If you have a representative, agent, management company or other third party assisting you (or operating the account on your behalf) in the operation of your Stream Channel account, this does not affect your personal legal liability. Our relationship is with you, not any third party, and you will be legally responsible for ensuring that all Content posted and all use of your account comply with the Terms of Service.
Subscribers and Creator Actions:
Rooners platform acts as the platform between Creator and Subscriber by storing Content. Although it forms the link and bridge between Subscribers and Creators, we are not a party to any agreements between these two and we are not responsible for the Parties in any way.
The following terms apply to Content posted, viewed, uploaded or posted by you as a Creator on the Rooners Stream channel:
Your content is non-confidential and you authorize your subscribers to view, watch, access for their own legitimate and personal use.
Rooners users who do not subscribe to your channel can view the first 15 seconds of each content for free.
For each Content item you post, view, upload or post on Rooners Stream, you warrant (this means you make a legally enforceable promise to us):
Content fully complies with the Terms of Service (and especially our Acceptable Use Policy);
You have all necessary rights to license and act on Your Content on Rooners, in each region and Country where you have subscribers;
you either own your Content (and all intellectual property rights in it) or have a valid license to make and provide your Content to your subscribers;
If your Content contains or uses any third-party material, you have secured all rights, licenses, written permissions, and permissions necessary for the use and subsequent use and exploitation of such third-party property in your Content.
Contents:
You ensure that the Content is of satisfactory quality, taking into account any description, price, and all other relevant terms, including any statement or statement you make about the nature of the Content in your Stream Channel or any in-content advertisement, or if you believe that the product, brand, etc. You must not promote the material.
All content must include the product, brand, etc. material as described by you.
Anything from your discourses in the districts
You agree that you will be liable to us and indemnify us if any of them is not correct. This means that you will be liable for any loss or damage (including lost profits) suffered by us due to the inaccuracy of any warranty.
We are not responsible for and do not endorse any aspect of any Content posted by you or any other User of Rooners. We have no obligation to monitor any Content and we have no direct control over what your Content may contain.
You also agree to act as the registrar of Content you upload to Rooners.
